·         Stress-Free Life: Leading a stressful life is bad for the heart and we should try to either reduce the stress or find ways to manage it effectively.

·         Sugar Control in Diabetics: Diabetics are at an increased risk of developing heart diseases and control of sugar level is essential to shield the heart.

·         BP Control in Hypertensive: Hypertension or increased blood pressure overworks the heart and contributes to the development of many heart problems. Hence blood pressure control is crucial to safeguard the heart.
